
NODWIN Gaming has expanded its portfolio by acquiring Trinity Gaming in a deal valued at ₹24 crore. The subsidiary of Nazara Technologies Limited now owns Trinity Gaming's agency business, including its Meta CSP and YouTube MCN services. This acquisition aligns with NODWIN Gaming's strategy to broaden its footprint in India's content and gaming ecosystem.
In the acquisition, as per the reports, NODWIN gets control over 100% share capital of Trinity Gaming in a combination of stock swap and secondary sale. Out of the total cost of ₹24 Crore, ₹19.2 Crore will be compensated via the exchange of NODWIN Gaming’s share and ₹4.8 Crore will be given in cash. Post-acquisition, the founders of Trinity Gaming will carry on to lead the NODWIN business as shareholders.
Established in 2019 by visionary entrepreneurs Abhishek Aggarwal and Shivam Rao, Trinity Gaming is a CSP (Creator Service Provider) for Meta and the exclusive Multi-Channel Network (Gaming MCN) for YouTube in the Indian Gaming landscape, Trinity Gaming. It manages a network of over 1,000 creators nationwide. The company has forged notable partnerships with global firms like Samsung, iQOO, Realme, and Krafton.
