The Pink City is set to host a landmark celebration of creativity and fandom as Comic Con India announces its first-ever Jaipur edition, scheduled for January 4–6, 2026. The event will be organized under the aegis of the Government of Rajasthan’s AVGC (Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, and Comics) Policy, marking a significant step toward fostering the state’s growing creative economy.
Taking place at Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre (JECC), Jaipur Comic Con will be hosted along with the Government of Rajasthan’s flagship initiative - DigiFest, transforming the heritage city into a hub of pop-culture and tech buzz. The event will bring together fans, creators, cosplayers, tech enthusiasts, and innovators under one roof to celebrate creativity, exchange ideas, and share their collective passion.
The inaugural Jaipur edition of Comic Con aligns with the Rajasthan Government’s vision to empower youth and creative professionals across the state. It serves as a launchpad for artists, illustrators, and storytellers, while nurturing a vibrant digital ecosystem.

Visitors can immerse themselves in new comic releases, their most loved manga series, interactive fan zones, gaming arenas, and cutting- edge VR experiences. Alongside these attractions, a series of workshops, panel discussions, and interactive sessions will engage audiences with leading comic creators, filmmakers, and industry experts, inspiring creativity and collaboration among fans, artists, and innovators alike. The event will also feature an expansive merchandise zone offering collectibles, apparel, and artwork from global and Indian creators.

Fans can look forward to the Cosplayers, who will be showcasing their talent and skills across diverse genres including comics, anime, sci-fi, and gaming, along with local favourites like Suppandi, Chacha Chaudhary, Shikari Shambhu and many more.
Over the years, Comic Con India editions have featured global icons such as Ron Marz, Jamal Igle, and Japanese voice actors Kappei Yamaguchi and Natsuki Hanae, alongside India’s leading creators and studios. VR setups featuring Chandrayaan experiences to themed attractions like the Superman Zone and Minecraft Movie booths were created, offering a truly immersive and engaging experience. It also featured special appearances by stand-up icons and singers who make the experience more vibrant and lively.
Now entering its 13th edition, Comic Con India has grown into one of the country’s most anticipated cultural events, blending entertainment and creativity. And for the first time, it will be hosted in Jaipur, marking a landmark step in expanding the reach and popularity of pop-culture fandom.
