Available right now on Steam and GOG, Verne: The Shape of Fantasy has players joining famous author Jules Verne, creator of titles such as Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Seas and Journey to the Center of the Earth, as he explores the illusive and mysterious source of Atlantis' power.
Taking place in the alternative year 1888, players will be dropped into a world where a war against the ruthless “Nation” currently threatens to destroy the land of Hemera. Jules Verne is joined by Captain Nemo and crew as they set off in search of an ancient artefact that is said to hold the power to change the course of history. Just like any adventure, players will encounter strange and unimaginable wonders along the way.
Throughout their journey, players will be able to use Verne’s IMAG device, which allows him to rewrite history and change his fate if things don’t quite go the way they’re intended. Solve curious puzzles in stunning, pixel locations paying close attention to every detail for adventurers never know what small trinket could mean the difference between success or failure.
