The End announced that The End of theSun is now available on PlayStation 5.Inspired by Slavic folklore, The End of the Sun is an atmospheric first-person adventure focused on exploration, magic, and discovery. Players step into a world shaped by ancient beliefs, seasonal rites, and forgotten stories, uncovering a narrative woven through memory, ritual, and time.
Developed fully independently over the course of eight years by a two-person team, The End of the Sun stands out not only for its distinctive setting, but also for the authenticity behind its worldbuilding. The developers drew extensive research and used photogrammetry to scan real objects from ethnographic museums and entire buildings in heritage parks to bring elements of Slavic material culture and tradition into the game.
